Criminal syndicates may attempt to induce you to make payments due to NNT Inc. into bank accounts which do not belong to the firm and are controlled by criminals. These frauds are typically perpetrated using emails or letters that appear materially identical to letters or emails that may be sent to you by NNT Inc. Please take proper caution and care in verifying that these emails do emanate from NNT Inc.

  • Before making any payment to the NNT Inc bank account please ensure that you verify that the account into which payment will be made is a legitimate bank account of NNT Inc.
  • If you are not certain of the correctness of the bank account, you may contact NNT Inc. and request to speak to the person attending to your matter. They will assist you in confirming the correct bank details.
  • NNT Inc. will not advise of any change in bank details by way of an email or other electronic communication. Should you receive any communication of this nature, please report it to the person attending to your matter.

  2. Due to the risk of cyber fraud, we urge you to contact our office telephonically to confirm our Trust Account banking details.
  3. Before effecting any payment and/or transferring funds to us, please ensure that the account you are paying into is a legitimate NNT Inc. bank account by verifying the details with the person handling your matter.
  4. We will not be held liable for any loss you may suffer as a result of payment made to an incorrect bank account, or to an account claiming to be ours, including payments made because of business email compromise.
  5. In particular, please confirm that the email you receive is genuinely sent from a @nntinc.co.za address and not from a spoofed or intercepted email address.
