Mr Ndangi Thovhakale is an admitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa, with the right of appearance in the High Court of South Africa and the Managing Director of NNT Incorporated. NNT Inc. is a dynamic law firm with its main office based in Pretoria, specialising in various fields of law with a core focus on Commercial, Corporate, Litigation, Family Law and Labour and Dispute Resolutions. With over 12 years in the legal fraternity and more than 7 years of post‑admission practice, Mr Thovhakale is also an Accredited Commercial Mediator and currently serves as Vice Chairperson of the Pretoria Attorneys Association (PAA) and the Head of the Student Chapter and Transformation.
Passionate about mentorship and transformation, Mr Thovhakale has held leadership roles within the Black Lawyers Association and continues to champion diversity, inclusion, and professional development in the legal profession. He regularly lectures and trains law students and candidate attorneys, equipping them with practical skills in advocacy and contract drafting. Motswagae Madja
Candidate Attorney
Motswagae is a dedicated and experienced Candidate Attorney at NNT Incorporated, having about 15 years of progressive legal experience gained from the year 2008 as a Legal Assistant. Motswagae has previous experience working as a Paralegal, Trademark Prosecution Secretary, Legal Assistant, Executive Assistant and Debt Collection Administrator cross diverse legal environments, including large corporate and commercial law firms, government institutions, and specialised legal departments.
Holding a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from the University of South Africa (UNISA), a National Diploma in Legal Assistance (Paralegal) from the Tshwane University of Technology (TUT) and having accumulated multiple professional certificates, including Commercial Contract Drafting, Conduct Risk Management with Chartered Governance Institute of Southern Africa, and Legal Costs (Taxation) from the South African Law Society, IRMSA certificate in Enhancing Organizational Resilience through Effective Risk Governance, Corporate Due Diligence and many more, Motswagae possess a strong commitment to continuous learning and professional development on both national and global levels withing the legal space.
Motswagae has experience in litigation, corporate and commercial law, debt collections, administration of trademark prosecution, administration of estates and family law having worked at companies such as Technology Innovation Agency of South Africa (TIA), Adams & Adams Africa Attorneys, Avroyshlain Cosmetics and others. Motswagae possesses strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with a keen focus on compliance, risk management and governance. Adivhaho Maluga

Adivhaho is a dynamic Candidate Attorney at NNT Incorporated, where she is actively engaged in complex and high-impact legal matters. Her practice focuses on all arears of law with an intense focus on Road Accident Fund (RAF) litigation, commercial law, family law and the administration of estates.
